The friendly running club across the river, Onteora Runners Club, invites us to their annual banquet. It's only $25/person, sign up by March 7, with a cash bar.
Good, healthy food, break the winter blahs, honor volunteers, and socialize with a great group of runners.

MHRRC and The Cancer Services Program of Dutchess County present Daffodil Day 5K race on Saturday, March 27 at the Poughkeepsie Galleria.
Race director Sue O'Neil is planning on giving out daffodils to winners with the awards ceremony in the Galleria.

Hosted by Kutztown Optimist Club. This event includes a 10 mile and 5K run. It is a beautiful course that starts at the Kutztown Fairgrounds and progresses through the scenic countryside surrounding Kutztown.

The Southern Ulster Rotary Club presents the 2010 1st Lt. Mark Dooley 5K Race of Honor.
Location is Plattekill Firehouse in Plattekill, 8 miles nort of Newburgh.
Fee includes breakfast at the firehouse. All pre-registrants wil lreceive a t-shirt.
